Recently, I had a business sale transaction that a buyer of mine who needed a solicitor. I had then referred to Ury with a couple of conditions: the vendor didn't have a solicitor (means might need additional work for him to prepare the agreement), the buyer had limited business experience, the landlord was very thorough and we need a Sales Agreement and Lease processed within a week!

It had delivered above everyone expectations that not only he had helped the buyer negotiating deals which afforded greater protections for the client including ensuring all staff entitlements were paid, a portion of the deposit to be held in escrow until post-completing training was provided and generally ensuring the client’s interest was protected. Attending a meeting with the landlord to assist the client to negotiate a new lease with the landlord and obtain the landlord’s consent on the spot! In short, Ury has delivered within the timeline, without compromising the quality, achieve a win-win-win for all parties!
